Fiona Buckley is a multi-award-winning international keynote speaker, author, work behaviourist and leadership facilitator who has delivered 2,500+ keynote talks over a 10+ year speaking career. She is also a TEDx speaker, delivering her 2023 talk on self-actualisation and breaking your own barriers.
Her experience extends well beyond the stage. Fiona has held senior roles in the corporate world and has spent 10 years as Senior Associate Faculty with the Irish Management Institute (IMI), where she is Programme Director and Lead Facilitator of the IMI Women in Leadership Programme and facilitates across other leadership programmes.
This combination of corporate experience, behavioural expertise and extensive speaking experience means Fiona understands the realities of the workplace as well as the dynamics of an audience.

Fiona is a qualified Master Coach with qualifications in both individual and team coaching and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She won the 2022 Global EMCC Coaching Award and subsequently judged the 2023 Global EMCC Individual and Organisational Coaching Awards.
Her executive and high-performance coaching supports leaders, employees and business owners to identify and remove the obstacles holding them back, increase their self-awareness, align their values with their work and deliver meaningful results.
Combining her background in occupational psychology with extensive real world workplace experience, Fiona's approach is goal focused, practical, challenging and motivational.

Fiona has extensive experience in the design and delivery of Women in Leadership programmes, working with organisations to support women to strengthen their leadership capability, confidence, self-awareness and impact.
She has spent 10 years as Senior Associate Faculty with the Irish Management Institute (IMI), where she is Programme Director and Lead Facilitator of the IMI Women in Leadership Programme, as well as facilitating across other leadership programmes.
Alongside her work with IMI, Fiona has delivered 50+ Women in Leadership programmes over 9+ years, making this one of her most established organisational offerings.
MENTORING MASTERCLASSES
Fiona works with organisations to design, develop and strengthen mentoring programmes, supporting both mentors and mentees to get greater value from the mentoring relationship.
She delivers practical and engaging masterclasses for mentors, mentees and internal mentoring cohorts, helping participants understand their role, build confidence in the process and develop the skills needed to create effective and purposeful mentoring relationships.
Masterclasses can be tailored to complement an organisation's existing mentoring programme or delivered separately with sessions ranging from 60 minute masterclasses to in-depth 3 hour workshops.

In 2023, Fiona founded She Speaks Agency, Ireland's first female speaker agency. She Speaks represents a curated network of experienced female speakers across a broad range of topics and specialisms, helping organisations find the right speaker for their audience, event and objectives.
Building on the agency's work connecting organisations with exceptional female talent, Fiona has also developed She Coaches, a carefully curated panel of experienced professional coaches. Rather than operating as a directory, She Coaches focuses on making the right coach-client match, considering the individual's goals, requirements, personality and the type of support they need.
Together, She Speaks and She Coaches extend Fiona's work beyond her own speaking and coaching practice, connecting organisations and individuals with trusted female expertise across both speaking and professional coaching.
